My husband bought this for me six months ago so I could clean our wood and laminate floors in between the weekly sweep-and-vacuum marathon that we do. At first, it was great. The pads picked up everything that it said it would and the vacuum had excellent suction power. The battery lasted a long time, and we only had to charge it for about 20 minutes to vacuum all the floors.

Now, six months later, the suction has gone down significantly. It won't pick up larger particles of dirt from the floor. It also won't pick up leaves at all, as the suction area is too small to pick up the leaves that fly in during the fall. The pads push the dirt to the side rather than into the pad for quicker cleaning. If I wanted to pick up the dirt with a scooper, I'd just sweep like usual. The vacuum has to be on the charger constantly now in between cleanings. And even with it being on the charger that long, it just barely has enough juice to finish the house.

The one thing that is awesome is the ease of emptying the cup. It can't get much easier than popping it out, emptying the cup, rinsing the filter with water, and then putting it back together. If they could take that particular part and put it on a more powerful machine, they would have one great product.
