We had been Sprint customers for 6 years. We wanted to upgrade our service to a better plan with better minutes and less money that we had seen advertised on TV. We were told, and I quote, "Oh, that's not for you!" They were only offering the plan to new enrollments. We looked around and found that T Mobile was offering a plan similar to what we wanted at almost half the cost that we were paying, with the same amount of coverage.
We were able to do everything online which was very convenient. Our new free phones arrived within days and were up and running, after charging the phones, within minutes. T Mobile transferred our numbers from Sprint at no extra charge, so we were able to keep the same phone numbers. They canceled our service with Sprint, so we did not have to deal with them. T Mobile did everything as promised and offered the lowest rate for our needs.
We are on the 500 minute, free nights and weekends, automatic billing and payment online, and free mobile to mobile talk at 49.99 (about $57.00 after taxes) a month for TWO activated phones. Sprint was costing us slightly over $119 a month for practically the same service.
This was about 2 years ago. We have been very happy and have never looked back. Thank you T Mobile!
