After hearing so much about the benefits of Tai Chi, I decided to take up Tai Chi. But before I face my real master I wanted to do some serious practice with workout videos so that I can follow the real workout faster too. Hence I buy this workout video from Amazon.com.

Pros: The movements are definitely for beginners and does not require much flexibility which is very suitable for beginners like me. The video taken on a Hawaiian beach, are very clear and shows superb images. It shows different basic positions in Tai Chi like 'horse ride', 'holding up heaven like a pillar' and 'seven pieces of brocade'. I simply love the background music which coordinates and blends in very well with all the movements. I like the instructor"s voice too, which is as soothing and meditative as Tai Chi itself is. His instructions on techniques of breathing, positioning our body and the most difficult part - mental visualisation, are very clear, easy to understand and to follow.

Cons: None that I can think of'

Additional thoughts: The workout which lasts for only 20 minutes is great for old and the young. It is indeed short, sweet, giving inspirations and inducing perspirations.
