Let me preface this by saying that I don't usually shop for lingerie, especially bras, at Wal-Mart. OK, sometimes I get packages of Hanes panties there, but I prefer better stores for lingerie. I was quite surprised to see Playtex bras there, and still wonder if it was just a quirk. I bought this without trying it on, which I don't usually do either, but I couldn't find a dressing room within a half mile, so I took a chance.
I'm not one of those DD ladies. I'm not even a C. I started off with A cups, and it hasn't changed that much. But for the last several years, I've been buying a B because the A was too small. But, the B was just a little too big. What's a woman to do? Try this bra. They have "in-between" cup sizes, miraculously. I got an "almost-B" and it fit like it was made for me. I've since gotten three more, in different styles. As I hope you can tell from the photo, they are pretty and feminine too!
Although I'm not a big cup size, I'm not young anymore, and the girls aren't as perky as they used to be; gravity has taken its toll. I don't usually like the feel of underwire bras; the wire always seems to poke in the most tender place. But the underwire in this bra might as well not be there. It's amazingly comfortable. Thank Goodness It Fits bras also come wireless, so if that's what you prefer, you can find them. They don't provide quite enough support for me, but for those days around the house, they're fine (yes, I bought a coupld of those too!). One of the wire-free is in a gorgeous bright rose shade. And they do come in regular cup sizes too, not just the in-betweens!
I bought my first one at Wal-Mart, but then found some on sale in the One Hanes Place catalog, also $13.99, regular price $19.99. Given the price of the gorgeous bras at places like Victoria's Secret, I think the regular price is quite reasonable. If you're looking for a new bra, give this one a try. They come with racer-back, strapless, and just about any style you can think of. And the rose blush shade is very feminine. I love mine. And can I say again, thank goodness it fits?!
