The iconic Honda Accord has established itself in America over the past decades as one of the most reliable, affordable, and fun to drive sedans out on the market. The 2009 Honda Accord is no different with a major face lift from the 07 model. It definitely looks much more appealing than the older models. It has a touch of elegance with its contoured lines, rounded features, and interior luxuries that makes it suitable for any modern driver. The power ranges from 177 horsepowers all the way to 271 horsepowers with options of 2.4 liter four cylinder or a 3.5 liter V6. Even with 271 horsepowers, the Accord can average around 30 mpg highway and 21 mpg city which is more than respectable. Of course that actual miles per gallon depends on each individual driving style. The interior of the Accord is lovely. A huge step from previous 7th and 6th generation Accords, this 2009 model has, of course, all leather seats, wood trimmings, brushed aluminium, SAT NAV, air conditioning, cruise control, climate control, and all the rest of it. In my opinion, the Accord has really stepped up and is a rival for any car bringing style, luxury, fuel economy, and horsepower to the consumer at a very reasonable price. All in all, this is a great car and I'm glad to see Honda pushing the Accord to new heights. The Accord gets a 9.4 out of 10 considering how cheap they go for. Maybe that's why there are so many around.
