I have been regularly using this lotion which applies more like a cream. Lotions tend to be thinner, while this is very rich and moisturizing. I have been applying it everyday, usually after showering.
What made me first interested in this product was the commercial. I definitely admit I can fall prey to advertising. In the ad, a woman is a chained to her moisturizer. This was illustrating that women don't always feel that their products moisturize enough, so they feel like they are always reapplying them. Quench is supposed to moisturize for 24 hours. I like that they included shea butter in this. It certainly feels like it is in here.
There are a couple of things that I think can be improved upon. One thing is the inclusion of dreaded, superfluous shimmer! Afer I apply this, my palms look so shimmery. I think it is an unnecessary element that not everyone wants. I am not a young girl, and I don't want legs or arms that sparkle. Another thing that I think can be improved is the absorption. I like how the lotion applies. It is very creamy and has very good spreadability, but after applying, it stays tacky for around 3 minutes or so. I would rather it absorb faster.
I find that it does moisturize well. It quite possibly does moisturize for 24 hours. Sometimes I reapply it on my lower legs which can be dry, but I don't feel the need to reapply it anywhere else. I like the scent. It is a clean, baby powder scent. I don't find that it competes with my perfume, amazing grace by philosophy.
