When I first purchased this book, "The Abs Diet" by David Zincenko, I thought it would be just like all the other diet books I had ever read. The ones that tell you to eat nothing but cabbage or exercise like a person possessed. I weighed almost 200 pounds and at 5'5" that is not a good look.
So thinking I would once again be reading about all the things I couldn't eat, I opened the book and began to read. I was very surprised and pleased to realize I had been wrong. This book didn't tell me about all of the things I couldn't eat but all of the things I could. Zincenko details how you can flatten your stomach in just 6 weeks by following a simple plan, of eating not less but more. What diet book ever told you that. He tells you how with a few simple changes to your lifestyle you can make yourself healthier and happier. It even lets you in on the fitness secrets that will turn your body into fat burning powerhouse.
After implementing all the strategies in this book I lost 70 pounds, 6 inches off my waist, 12 inches off my hips and 2 inches off each arm. I am smaller than I have ever been and for the first time in my life I actually have a six pack.
I strongly recommend this book to everyone who is looking to lose weight and keep it off. It is a great book and if it can help me it can help anyone.
