Im one of these people who see something cool on display, and I want it just because it looks cool. I'll be honest whenI wasnt the one who purchased this dryer though. My brother did! For me. He broke my last one, and brought me home this ultra cool looking dryer.
I know that the only reason he bought the Bed Head 1875-Watt Tourmaline Dryer, was because he too thought the dryer was cool. And hot damn it was.
This is the only blow dryer I have ever come across that lights up! Yep, it lights up.
There are 3 setting buttons on the The Bed Head 1875-Watt Tourmaline Dryer. One you click to turn on the green light, turning on the green light on the dryer will add volume to your hair. Clicking on the blue light will smooth out frizz.
The light runs all across the outside of the blowdryer in a cool design. For me, the light alone is the main reason this dryer would sell, because the price is just ridiculous.... even though the dryer works wonderfully.
Besides the light settings, The Bed Head 1875-Watt Tourmaline Dryer has 3 dry settings. High, low, and off.
It comes with attachemnt heads, one very very large head for adding extra volume. This attachment though is so large and clunky that it actually looks stupid; yet hella cool at the same time when using it.
This attachment though adds a lot of weight to the dryer, which is a downside.
The other attachment is a standard head that most sryers come with. I use this attachment more often than the other volumizing piece.
The Bed Head 1875-Watt Tourmaline Dryer dries my thick unruly hair in record time, which saves me a lot of time to do things I want to do, instead of sitting there working on my hair all morning.
Anyhow, using the green light adds volume to my hiar, but seeing how I have more than enough volume for an entire colony, I don't use it much at all.
The blue light though smooths out my hair and tackles any leftover frizz with ease.
All in all the Bed Head 1875-Watt Tourmaline Dryer is the coolest and most efficient hair dryer I have ever used.
You can find this sweet little number at local super stores. The price will come to around $55.00. Whether or not that is worth the extra time you have to yourself, instead of styling your hair, is up to you. I however recommend it.
