I am very busy as are most people these days. I find it very difficult to get a workout in between my day job as a nanny and my part time work at home job and various other things that need my attention on a daily basis. The "10 Minute Pilates" video is one of the best I have ever used. The video is divided into short 10 minute workouts that can be done individually or stacked on top of each other when you have more time. The Pilates is great because even when you aren't specifically working your core, you are working your core! This video helped me sculpt a six pack in only 10 to 30 minutes a day. It is way better than hauling myself down to the gym for a 30 minute to 1 hour class a few times a week because I don't have to worry about how stupid I might look and it cost less than $10! Who doesn't have 10 minutes to spare? Plus the company that produces "10 Minute Pilates" also has many other 10 minute series avalable if Pilates isn't your thing.
