As someone who has struggled with weight in the past, this product has worked wonders for me. I used to be a runner, but when I started having issues with my shins (probably something to do with not wearing running shoes XD), I stopped running. At 5'2'' I was at a healthy 115lbs, but when the running stopped and the eating didn't the lbs started adding up. When I realized I had gained 30 lbs, I decided I had to start doing something and began going to my school gym. I have spent on average an hour and a half a day on the elliptical and I am loving the results I am seeing in my body. Not only am I losing weight without sacrificing food, but my shins don't hurt and I can work out for as long as I want and honestly love every minute of it. One of my favorite features of the elliptical is the fact that there are so many different workout settings. Depending on how I feel, I can do a fast cardiovascular workout for half an hour, or a more relaxed fat burn work out for an hour or more (the machine only allows 40 minute increments, but I usually just restart). You can also adjust the resistance to make your workout relatively easy, like running across a flat plain; or more challenging, like running up a hill at a 70 degree angle. There are days when I don't even want to stop using the machine and I can honestly say that it has changed my exercising habits for the better.
