"The Fox and the Hound 2" is the sequel to the awesome Disney movie that introduced us to Tod, an orphaned fox cub, and Copper, a cute hound dog puppy. This movie takes place shortly after the first, and these two animals who should be enemies are still amazing pals. While sequels are frequently disappointing, Disney did a great job at keeping the story going and making it interesting. In this movie, Copper has started hanging out with the "it crowd" of hunting dogs. Obviously this puts a damper to his and Tod's friendship so the movie shows the trials and battles the two go through to remain friends.
While my entire family, loves this movie simply for the great storyline and amazing graphics, I also love it because of the voices. Many of the characters' voices are done by artists that I am a big fan of such as Patrick Swayze, Jeff Foxworthy and Reba McEntire. In addition, there is a song by Trisha Yearwood. My younger daughter also enjoys the funny bonus animated short, "Goofy and Wilbur." This is a great movie with great features. We watch it on a regular basis at our house, and I'm sure if you buy it, you will too.
