It's taken a few years, but the artists who released hits such as Goodbye Mr A and Worried About Ray are back with their second album. 3 years ago the album 'The Trick To Safety' was released, with songs reaching 4th and 5th place in the UK charts. Although a very popular album, many people have noticed that the two big hits were very similar by name and by the actual song. When the new album was released, I would admit I was worried that the same problem would occur and the album would be filled with songs exactly the same as each other, but with a different name and different words. As I turned up the volume of my speakers to listen to the brand new album i was suddenly put into a state of shock. The new single Choices was shockingly incredible, and Glorious, another song in the album was five-star. The new album is creative but not so original. Although good, a song such as Glorious is an obvious attempt to recreate Muse's sound. Many of the songs in this album have the same issue, although creative, most of them have a sound that could be heard from another artist just as easily. The first album reached a double platinum standard, with the most popular songs almost identical, so i very much doubt that the unoriginality of this album will mean that it will not become exceedingly popular. I think that this album is a huge improvement of the first and will be very successful.
