I like Phillips products because they are great. This is definitely one of them. My Phillips iron is model HI 114, and it is a dry iron. I like it because it’s simple and lightweight. It doesn’t stick either because it has ceralon surface on the bottom part, which we use for ironing. It doesn’t have steam feature of some kind because yeah, it is dry iron. It has something like a rotator to choose the heat depending on what kind of fabric we are going to iron: nylon, silk, wool, cotton, linen. There is also an automatic lamp indicator, which will turn on when it’s not hot. When it’s hot enough, it will turn off. Mine is still good until now, I have used it for, say, three years, I think. It’s still running well, and the heat is stable from time to time. I even like this one better than my Panasonic, because I think it produces more heat. Even jeans can be as smooth as new. What I don’t like about it is its cord. It twists in certain parts, and it can’t be fixed (I have tried to fix it but still, twisted). It doesn’t matter much actually, since it still works well. But sometimes it bothers me. It comes with a guarantee card as well; the guarantee is for two years. The instruction manual is included in the package in a form of a leaflet. I don’t know if they still produce this product but I will recommend this product for sure. For me it’s the hottest iron!
