The book begins with an introduction, goes on to the basics of juicing, and then goes into your recipes. It is a softbound book and very nicely laid out.
Gary Null is an expert on health and nutrition. His daughter, Shelly, is a chef and has written a few books of her own. The book is published by Penguin.
My husband and I both intend to make use of this book and to try as many of the recipes as possible. For a healthier lifestyle, The Joy of Juicing is the way to go.
