My experiences with the Logitech z-2300 speakers start at the beginning of summer of 2009. I had just made my computer and needed a new set of speakers. I went around and started searching. Later that week i found the Logitech z-2300 speakers on "newegg" a website for all the Electionics i could need between hardware and Software(games included).

The price was a little high for me at "newegg" so i set off and searched around. Found it for 109$ free shipping i was sold.

A couple days later I had Recieved the package and Open it up set it up and was BLOWN away by the amazing Bass, Sound, Loudness, and Quality. I new i made a awesome choice when i plugged this badboy in and started playing my music, games and movies.

Over all this was the best choice in speakers i have ever made. There were a few bad reviews that the speakers died after a few days. My massive amount of good luck from buying off online retailers "newegg and HP" website. Most of the bad reviews didnt mention that they Pushed there speakers to the brink at the very beginning and that is what caused there speakers to die so quickly.

I have really enjoyed the Logitech z-2300 speakers and If i need to i will definitally buy them again.

Update On Feb 01, 2011: Hello.

This would be an update. The speakers are still and i mean unbelievably still kicking hard! I have had them for almost 2 years, yet i have had absolutely no problems. I have worn in the 8 inch subwoofer so the sound coming from the bass is deep, rich and smooth.

I can say the only real problem i have had been the "soundtouch" * the volume controller * being too light and sliding all over the place, though applying some scotch tape fixed this problem with snap of a finger. Both of my satellite speaker work perfectly fine. I honestly believe the people who needed to have their speakers replaced are people who * out of the box * Pushed them to their max because of the Logitech warranty. The warranty says if something is wrong with them or they do not work you can get them replaced just pay shipping. I know a couple of people who lied about them breaking and Logitech just sent them a new set without having them send theirs. Thats 2 for the price of 1 and a 1/4th.

Well Overall these speakers are honestly the best things that I have come across, also the z5500. I Highly Extremely Recommend these Cheap speakers for all kinds of sound. Having the Bass Vol. on even a small amount will help with the mid tones.
