My mother in law recently bought the ZIm scrub junior. It is a dishwashing sponge that fits snugly in my hand. The size is 2.5" square, and with my small hands, I can just use it efficiently.
It is a combination of one-inch depth of foam and about 3mm of the green scrub that is glued together, much like the Scotch Brite but it is way cheaper. It costs roughly 20 cents. Well, it is not as durable as the Scotch Brite, but for what it is worth, I can already buy several of them for the price of one Scotch Brite. And Scotch Brite comes in rectangle sponges, but this one is square and small. I like it very much because it makes my dishwashing so much easier. And I think it saves on liquid dishwashing soap as well as there is no extra area to cover.
Really good product.
