Loftus Versveld was the next stage for the final of the Vodacom Challenge between Kazier Chiefs and the mighty cash kings Manchester City. City had already beaten the mighty Amakosi before and so naturally the Amakosi were eager for revenge. Upon arrival everything at the stadium went quite smoothly I was really impressed at the "keep moving forward" style you have to adopt upon entering the stadium. We sat on the Eastern Stand and were about seven rows up from where the actual pitch started so we could see all of Manchester City's big guns relatively up close and personal to namedrop a few Sean Wright-Phillips and the new Arsenal signing Emmanuel Adebayor. The atmosphere in the stadium itself was electric as the Chiefs fans were singing and dancing as per usual what was also nice to see were some of the City fans joining in(Even though there team was losing) they was even time for a Jacob Zuma's(Jay-Z) special inshin wam song. On the whole my trip to Loftus was a truly memorable one and I am definitely looking forward to next year's big show piece the Fifa 2010 World Cup right here in South Africa
