The all in one pregnancy diary by the authors of What to Expect When You're Expecting is a very cool journal to use to keep track of all the little things that happen during a pregnancy that a year from now you will be struggling to remember. The layout is very easy to follow. The first section is the "pregnancy journal" set up to cover each week. You have a daily space to write how/what you are feeling about your pregnancy physically and emotionally. There are also tips for each week about things you might be experiencing.
The second section is the "childbirth journal" where you are able to write dates and other vital information about prelabor, labor, where you were, how it felt, when you left for the hospital. Also, what the labor itself was like, and how you felt after the labor process. This is also the section to write the stats for your new baby, what leaving to go home was like and your first few days at home.
The third and final section is the pregnancy organizer. This is where you enter your health history, dr recommendations, your excercise during the pregnancy for each week - broken down into days of the week, type of exercise, duration and how you felt afterward. There is also a food diary to help keep track of the foods you eat (or should be eating) to maintain a healthy pregnancy.
The authors thought of everything in this book!
