Before the holidays, I went to my hairdresser for an appointment. I told her I wanted a new look because I was tired of my curly hair. After cutting my hair a bit and drying them, she told me she would flat my hair with a ceramic flat iron. She looked around and took a red bottle out of one of her shelves. The product is called « 44 Iron Guard » from CHI and it comes in a 250ml bottle. It's a thermal protection spray. My hairdresser told me that we needed to use such a product to protect my hair so it doesn't get burned by the ceramic flat iron.

This product is easy to use. Just spray it over dry hair (won't work on wet hair) then you can use your ceramic flat iron as usual.

Don't spray too much product though because your hair might get sticky and won't be smooth. I say « might » because depending on your hair type it might get sticky or not.

And for me, if I spray too much product near my roots, my hair will be a bit greasy. So, that's the bad part of this product. But once you get used to how much product to spray, your hair will be beautiful and protected.
