My hubby purchased this speaker, Simbadda CST-6500, for his PC in the office. The main reason he decided to purchase this speaker was that it was “friendly” (inexpensive) priced but having good quality.
Before brought to his office, he tried it at home first for a few days. The design is simple, with silver-edge case, pretty small and consists of two satellites and one subwoofer. Power output is 40W. The sound quality is just OK, that is to say it doesn’t make pain in our ears. Compared to our home PC speaker, BOSE, this one is far less competitive, but it could be understood since the price gap between the two speakers is too much. However, to just listening to music or playing the video sound this speaker is adequate enough. Moreover, with appropriate setting, the sound output could be made maximum and to our surprise, the sound didn’t seem to disperse at all at high volume. As for its sound clarity, it’s of standard quality for speakers like these. But yeah, it’s pretty comfortable in our ears. It’s unfortunate, however, sound for low tones is less accommodated.
I would recommend this speaker for those of you who seek for something cheap and still have adequate outcome. Rate 7/10.
