I recently bought a new High Efficiency washer and dryer and was advised by the sales person to start using HE laundry detergent. He explained that regular soap creates too many suds and that It would make my washer oversud and could cause damage to the washer. I had tried three different detergents before I tried Tide and was not very happy with them. Either I didn't like the smell or I wasn't happy with the quality of the wash. I had assumed that it would be a lot more money for the Tide but when I was at the store I saw that it was actually a good deal. I buy the liquid detergent and love it. I have been using this detergent for about four months now and it has done a fantastic job on every load. My clothes come out very clean and it has done a great job removing stains. I have had no trouble with colored clothes not looking bright or any type of fading.

I buy the 2X ultra Tide with Febreeze. I get the 100 fl oz bottle which does around 52 loads. I buy the spring and renewal scent. I love the smell it smells just like fresh flowers. One of the great things about using a HE detergent is that you use a lot less detergent. The cap has different numbered lines on it and depending on how big your load is how much detergent you use. I use about half the amount of detergent on each load so it really is saving me money in the long run.h
