I am a huge snacker. Especially in the afternoon when my son is napping, I eat to pass the time. WEll, all that snacking was adding inches to my waistline so I knew I had to do something. Last time I was at the store I saw these individual drink mixes that you add to your 16.9 oz bottle of water. I had previously used another brand just to give my water flavor (i drink a lot of water) but these are different. They'er actually supposed to suppress your hunger. I figured what the heck? Can't hurt right?

I was really surprised at how well the drinks worked. After lunch the first day I got out a bottle of water and added the packet. At first I didn't really care for the flavor, but about halfway through the bottle it got better. I honestly was not hungry until dinner that night.

I have to say that some days it works better than others. If I've had a heavy workout that morning, I still get hungry about 3:00 in the afternoon but I'm no longer snacking for 3 hours straight.

Each packet contains 30 calories, 3g of protein, and 5g of fiber.
