My husband has had his Timex Easy Reader watch for a while now, and it still keeps excellent time. It's your basic gold watch with an expandable gold band, white face with nice big black numbers. Nothing fancy, just a plain watch, but I think it looks smart on his wrist, and it's proven to be very dependable.
It has a sweep second hand and the date on the right hand side of the face (which has stopped working, but it's not a problem because he never really paid much attention to the date), and that's it. My husband really likes it because all he wanted was a basic watch that would give him the right time of day, and this Timex will do that for him very easily.
I have trusted the Timex name for years, and this watch has proven itself over the years. It was relatively inexpensive, is very dependable, and looks good without being overly fancy. It has really been a great watch, and I know my husband has been very pleased with it. In fact, he's received other watches as gifts, and he still wears this one the most.
