My husband surprised me with a copy of the new Tinker Bell movie, Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure. Again, another really cute and colorful movie by Disney.
Tinker Bell has the task of building a scepter for the Autumn Revelry. She must make it worthy of displaying the beautiful blue moonstone which will bring back the Pixie Dust Tree, where the fairies get their magic. But when Tinker Bell has a fight with her best friend, Terence, , and accidentally shatters the blue moonstone, she fears that all is lost. Tinker Bell must make a quest across the sea to set things right again, and in so doing, she befriends a firefly, Blaze, who helps her on her journey.
Tinker Bell and The Lost Treasure is a really sweet movie, something I think both kids and adults can enjoy. This movie also portrays the value of friendship. I enjoyed the video and audio quality, and the colors in the movie are just breathtaking. There are also special features which I enjoyed watching, such as a guide to Pixie Hollow, a portrayal of Pixie Hollow at Epcot Center, some deleted scenes, and a new music video. The movie itself runs approximately 80 minutes long.
I enjoyed Tinker Bell and The Lost Treasure very much, and I know any fan of Disney movies and especially of Tinker Bell will probably like this movie.
