The King Institute Method (TKM) is like touch therapy. The purpose of this therapy is to touch the patient where there are energy pulses all over the body and to synchronize the beating of these pulses.
I did this more than five sessions. I was made to lie down and relax and sleep if I can. Then the therapist starts by pressing a couple of fingers in one spot, then puts another hand over another spot. She will move her hands around according to the sequence of spots based on their diagnoses.
It is actually very relaxing. And after therapy, I would sleep a lot because they say the therapy will make the body recuperate from all the stresses it has had. It was pretty good, but I am not sure about its effectivity, because it was supposed to fix something in my kidneys so that my reproductive organs will start working. I was supposed to go there at least 8 consecutive sessions, but I failed to complete it. But for relaxation, it was really good.
