From the back: Party of Five - Ichigo's life has never been the same since her DNA was merged with the DNA of an almost extinct wildcat. When four other girls DNA is merged with the DNA of four almost extinct animals, it's apparent that they're part of a much bigger plan. Ichigo, who has transformed into a crime-fighting cat named Mew Mew, has finally connected with all the other girls who make up Tokyo Mew Mew. Together, the fivesome must fight aliens before they take over the world! Between battles, Ichigo is worried that Masaya knows her secret identity, Will they have a future if he learns the truth?!

This is the third volume of the manga behind the hit series Tokyo Mew Mew, which is a Japaneses anime. The english adapted anime, which is called Mew Mew Power, only made it halfway throught the series, so for American fans the manga is the best way to go, unless you want to watch the Japanese anime with english subtitles which can be found on YouTube. The Tokyo Mew Mew series has 7 volumes and the second season has 2 volumes.

My opinion: When Ichigo turned into a cat in the middle of a date with Masaya she barely escapes and then to make things worse a cocoon appears on the radio tower. On top of all that Ichigo isn't sure about her feelings for Ryou.
