I am putting this in the accessory section, hope that's OK.
The review here is on the TomTom carry case, just a simple case, made to protect your Sat-nav from all the bumps and scrapes it would otherwise get.
I actually got mine free with my TomTom, but after using it for a while, I now realise I should have bought one for my previous Sat-nav device. I was using a converted cardboard box, made by myself, to fit exactly the device, with a layer of foam rubber inside. This did the job perfectly, however, it was still not as strong as this case.
The case has a strong zip fastening, which is very secure. I did think about adding a belt loop to it, this would make it more practical, however, it would be a target for muggers, just like an expensive camera.
The colour is the one made famous by Henry Ford, Black, as far as I know these do not come in any other colour, but this suits me. The case is made from Plastic, covered by a Matt finish man-made fabric. I have got this dirty on occasion, and a damp cloth brings it up a treat. These cases retail for an amazing £20! This sounds a little expensive, and it it! I do recommend them, but not at that price. I am sure you could get one for free when buying a piece of Sat-nav equipment. If not, then the likes of ebay will have them on offer for a lot less.
Thank you for reading this review, sorry it was not on some thrilling High Tech gadget, or full of exciting anecdotes, with a carry case, you are somewhat limited!
