After receiving two mini samples of Too Faced Mascara, one regular "Lash Injection" and the other "Lash Injection Pin Point" I really felt like I should advise others of my experience. I have to say I was blessed with wonderful lashes. Both dark and long, it really takes some work to make them look bad when I apply mascara. Unfortunately, Lash Injection was a real disappointment. First, they smell HORRIBLE. Really really bad. Now, I get that there is nothing in the ingredient list that would even attempt to mislead me that they should smell at all better than any other random tube of chemicals, but still. Really really bad. Next, after comparing the two ingredient lists, I realized that the normal "LI" is the exact same concoction as the "LIPP" version. The only difference at all in the two products is the brush- regular Lash Injection is a traditional mascara brush while "Pin Point" is a sparser, stronger brush type. Ok smell and ingredients aside, it just doesn't work.. it coats and blackens, but I have never used a mascara that created such ferocious tarantula eyes so fast in my life. Clumps, chunks, zero lash definition, Had to wash it off and start my makeup over because I just couldn't go out looking like that.
I LOVE Too Faced products, I really do but they want $19.50 for each mascara type and I won't even use the samples they gave me. Too Faced, if you read this, I promise I still love you but I won't ever use your mascara again.
