The Pro Form XP 680 Cross Trainer provides serveral programmed workouts along with the standard manual mode. You can easily select to burn anywhere from 300 calories up to 600 from the preprogrammed settings. You an also chose the "lose a pound a week" setting and it will automatically keep track of what week you are on and adjust the workout to meet the "pound of week". If you are not concerned about calories you can also select a program that works your upper, lower, or a total body workout.
I really enjoy the variety of programs that I can do on my treadmill. I also like the fact that the treadmill came with two pound weights that allowed me to take full advantage of the upper body workout. The treadmill also has the space saver feature and great shocks. I would definitely buy another treadmill or fitness equipment made by Pro Form.
