This is one of greatest mutual funds that I have ever seen. It has been around for many years and always seems to make their investors money even in years when the stock market does not do well overall. I remember when the market took a big hit in 2002 this fund actually still made money for its investors. For years this fund was managed by the wizardry of Steve Boesel who recently retired and turned over the reigns to David Giroux whom he had been working with very closely. This is a fund that is rated 5 stars out of a possible 5 by Morningstar a well known investment advisory service. This is a fund that I have recommended to others and am proud to say that I also have invested in it at various times as well. The name T.Rowe Price is associated with quality. There headquarters is located in Baltimore, Maryland. The funds inception date was June 30th 1986. The fund has averaged 12.74 % per year since that inception. Its year to date performance is 7.71% as of October 31, 2007. Its one year performance is 12.56%. I like those numbers plus the fact that the management has kept the expense ratio at 0.73% which is quite good. All thumbs up on this fund! One of the best around.
