Universal's Islands of Adventure theme park is located in Orlando, Florida. It is a great place that has something to offer for people of all ages.

There are several different areas in the park with rides and attractions themed to that area.

For kids, as well as kids at heart, there is Seuss Landing, which has a Cat in the Hat ride, a train ride, carousel, and more. Anyone familiar with Dr. Seuss characters will love it.

In the Marvel Super Hero section, you will experience some rides based on your favorite comic book heroes. One of my favorites is the Incredible Hulk roller coaster, which is not for the faint of heart, and sends you upside down at high speed. The Adventures of Spiderman ride is a one of a kind experience that is part 3-D movie and part moving ride. It is an amazing ride that is a definite must see!

The Toon Lagoon features some fun cartoon characters as well as rides that get you soaked! The Dudley Do Right log flume is pretty wild and fun. And Popeye's raft ride will definitely get you wet from head to toe with lots of laughs along the way.

Jurassic Park is a wonderful section of the park that looks like something right out of the movie. You can go on a river adventure ride there that starts out as a peaceful visit through the land of the dinosaurs, and ends up taking you down a huge 85 foot plunge.

And the Lost Continent is a unique area that offers a fun family coaster called the Flying Unicorn, as well as a thrilling high speed suspended coaster called Dueling Dragons. What's great about Dueling Dragons is that it is two different roller coaster rides, Fire and Ice, and they go at the same time so at a few points on the track, it looks like they are going to collide! I thought it was pretty scary, yet I love it and can't get enough of it.

They have some really good deals on tickets most of the time. The best one that I have seen recently is $85 (plus tax) for 7 consecutive days to Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios. There are several great places to eat throughout the park with a wide variety with something for everyone.

Overall, I think that Islands of Adventures is a beautifully themed park and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun filled vacation.

I have been to Islands of Adventure 4 times so far and I cannot wait to go back!
