The ValSlide is my new do it all, anywhere piece of fitness equipment- and the best part is it doesn't take up an entire corner of my living room. In fact, the ValSlide doesn't require any folding, storing or putting together. It consists of two pieces that can fit in the palm of your hand.
The ValSlide was created to target your thighs and butt, and it works great for that area. You step onto the footpads and workout where ever you can, carpet, wood, tile all works. With ValSlide you can skip all the lunges and squats and instead slide on the pads in a low resistance, high result workout.
By changing where and how you use the pads you can also acheive an incredible workout for your abs, arms and shoulders. I use them to better perform lunges and to help with chest presses, the presses have taken care of the extra baggage on the upper arm.
I love how small and portable they are too, I stick them in an outside pocket of my luggage so they can go along with me when I travel. Two months and so far I am not at all worried about them breaking or cracking since they are so durable. Definitely the best twenty dollars on fitness I have spent in a long time.
