When my carrier, Surewest, sold their wireless segment to Verizon, I was intially worried and skeptical. I had enjoyed superior wireless service with Surewest at a very affordable price. Plus I'd never experienced dropped calls or outages. For $41.00 per month I had unlimited calling, with a host of included extras, plus free lifetime texting. Surewests service is world class, with the best customer care in the industry.

Having heard so many negatives about Verizon from friends and family, I truly felt that moving over to Verizon was not for me. Because Surewest had negotiated a fantastic deal for its wireless customer base, we were offered the Unlimited Select plan, normally $99.00 per month, for an astounding $44.00 per month. This includes all the great features I'd had before: Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, Three Way Calling, Voice Mail, Speed Dialing Caller Blocking and more.

Verizons customer service is as good as Surewest. The representatives are helpful, concerned and knowledgable ablut their products. Their website is easy to navigate, and offers their customers a staggering array of phones and options to select from. I love the auto bill pay and monthly reminder notices you can get through e-mail. But, all of this would be useless without first class call quality. No droppages, no down time and crystal clear clarity make Verizon a great pick for wireless phone service.
