I love travelling and I've certainly been fortunate enough to have visited a multitude of exotic and beautiful locales. While I enjoy traveling to destinations with rich culture, memorable customs and authentic food, sometimes I like to kick back, de-stress and just have a no thinking, beach vacation.
When I'm in the mood for that, I love to go to the islands of Turks and Caicos which are luxurious and absolutely breathtaking. I initially discovered the location about three years ago and have returned five or six times, always staying at the beautiful Villa Renaissance located on the Providenciales island, right in the middle of beautful 7-mile Grace Bay!
The accomodations are specatacular, as you can see from my photos. They are all condos set right on the beach and pricing varied between 700 - 1100 a night depending on where your condo is located and how big it is. There are only 28 units on the property, but the proximity to the incredible beach make this small resort fantastic!
There is no restaurant on the premises, as it is truly condo units, but across the street there is the Iguana Restaurant and a fun nightclub named "Bambooz". While there isnt much culture on the island, there are plenty of opportunities to go horseback riding on the beach, sailing or scubadiving! It is very romantic and can be a perfect destination for honeymooners. I don't recommend it for "Spring-breaker" as it is very expensive and quiet.
