I've been using Vonage as my sole phone provider for both business and personal calls for almost 2 years now. I have to say that I was far more enthused with my service during the beginning of my time with them than I am now. I moved from a sparsely populated area with very little competition for bandwidth to a densely populated area with less available bandwidth and found that the quality of my service went down remarkably. Vonage does allow you to adjust the bitrate at which your phone calls are made to adjust to these fluctuations in bandwidth, which has helped significantly. If you ever have issues and need to find someone to talk you through them, forget about it. Some of the least helpful customer service representatives I have ever dealt with.
