For those no longer able to survive high impact or athletic intensity exercise videos and CDs (like The Firm) this is the perfect alternative. I really enjoy all the Walk Away The Pounds series, with instructor Leslie Sansone. Leslie is very motivating, though some may find her just a bit overly chatty. She is a true encourager, and these workouts can be modified to suit any age, and intensity level.
This exercise video set includes: (1.) 1 Mile Easy Walk Video (A fifteen minute video, for those days when you're pressed for time, or just starting an exercise program.) (2.) Two Mile Brisk Video (A little more intense 30 minute workout.) and (3.) 3 Mile Advanced Walk Video (A 45 minute workout that will really burn calories and help you get in shape.)
A bonus feature with this set is the Stretchie, an exercise band that provides upper body strength training, while you're walking.
If you haven't exercised in awhile, or you're getting started again, this is a great workout program that can be done in the privacy of your home, in just a small space. It's affordable, convenient, and fun! I would definitely recommend Walk Away The Pounds to everyone.
