I bought this little park bench to sit on our patio. The price was great, and it was exactly what I was looking for.
The bench has a wrought-iron frame and legs and wooden slats. The first year I had it, it was very sturdy and comfortable. After sitting outside for a winter, the iron began to rust a bit, and the bench became a little more wobbly. The wood also started to splinter a bit. After two winters outside (no, I didn't learn my lesson after the first winter), the bench became even more wobbly.
The bench is still useable, but I don't feel comfortable having guests sit on it if they don't know it's unsteady. I'm sure one of these days I'm going to end up on my backside on a pile of sticks.
I think this bench is a bit too vulnerable to the effects of the weather to be a good thing to purchase. It's cute, and cheap, but sitting out in the weather has really shown me spending a bit more money would have been worth it.
