We stayed on our family vacation at the Port Orleans French Quarter at Walt Disney World. The resort main building hosts the check-in, the food court, the shopping area, a small lounge and the arcade. Thru the main building is the pool and the shallow kiddie pool. The pool has life guards until 10pm and the slide (shaped like a dragon) also runs until 10pm. There were also 2 hot tubs to relax in, but not very private since they are often filled with kids. The resort walkways are done in cobblestone appearance and have cast iron lamps to light the walkway at night. The buildings of the resort have little courtyards with fountains and flowers, helping to set the New Orleans French Quarter theme. The resort is compact, one bus stop, and the boat to Downtown Disney.

The rooms had 2 full size beds with a table, dresser and chairs. They also have a fridge and a coffee pot, iron and hairdryer. The two sinks are not inside the bathroom which is nice and there is a privacy curtain to dress behind by the sinks. This leaves the bathroom small with just a tub and a toilet, but it works. We enjoyed our stay here a lot, even though we had never been to the French Quarter.
