I've always tried to keep my jewelry clean but after I got engaged it became increasingly important to me that my engagement ring always be shiny, sparkling and beautiful. You girls know how it is, you're so proud of that ring you want it to catch everyone's eye!

I can't always get to the jewelry store for a professional cleaning so when I was out one day I decided to see if I could find a good quality at home jewelry cleaner. I was at Walmart so I checked in their jewelry department where they had several cleaners to choose from. All of them were very reasonably priced and were for various types of jewelry. I selected the one in the pretty red jar that was for gold, diamonds, platinum and precious stones since that's what most of my jewelry is.

It's very easy to use. You just put one piece of jewelry at a time in the basket and dip it into the solution for 30 seconds. Then you take the little brush that comes with it and while holding your jewelry item under running, lukewarm water brush the now loosened dirt from the settings. Dry with a lint free towel and your jewelry is once again sparkling and beautiful.

It doesn't compare to a professional cleaning but it definitely does a great job when you can't get to the jeweler.

Also, the only reason some of the ratings are 0 is because they just didn't apply to the product since it is cleaner and not actually jewelry.
