I was a bit skeptical when first buying this game as I didn't know anyone else who had it and it seemed a little bit different to most. My thoughts were so wrong! This is one of the most fun games I have ever played, It is like a cross between Need for speed and Mario kart. Firstly the single player is very varied and fun and isn't to long or to short. Then the multiplayer, that is absolutely great. There are many different game modes and cars to unlock. If you have ever played one of the recent Call of Duty games, the levelling system is much like that. There is 10 "Legends" with 50 levels in each Legend. This gives you a lot to work at as every time you legend you unlock new cars. There is also many different tracks and "Power ups". These power ups are what make the game like Mario kart. You can get power ups such as turbo and barge aswell as many others. There is also a great customisability such as picking which boosts you want before the race which aid you in the race. I would say this game is definately worth the money I payed for it and is definitely worth playing whether you rent it or buy it. However if you rented it I don't think you would fully appreciate the game.
