This is the last book I read from Julia Quinn. I had read her earlier books and I am quite impressed by the way she unfolds the story. It contains the right amount of humor, suspense, thrill, and romance.
This is the sixth book in the popular Bridgerton family series, in which the widowed Francesca Bridgerton gets a second chance at love.
I enjoyed reading this just like her other books. I like it very much, reading about the adventures of different family members who are altogether a nice bunch of people.
This book brings out the romance between Francesca Bridgerton and Michael Sterling. With several twists and bouts of humor she gives this book a happy ending.
I was not able to put the book down till the last page. I particularly like Julia Quinn’s dry humor. The central theme in this book is just ordinary. But she has a way with words which changes the ordinary to quite beautiful.
