I wanted to support our helper who was giving birth. She is selling Avon products and so I thought of getting some products that I might need in order that she may have commission. One of the items that I got from her was the Skin So Soft Soft and White Intensive Whitening Hand and Body Lotion. The bottle is 250 ml big and costs about 4$.

The claim of this product is that it has an intelligent whitening system that targets dark areas, like the elbows and knees. The advertising claims that the product works harder in these dark spots to bring out and even skin tone. And it also claims that even during the first time one uses the product, the user will somewhat "glow" and appear lighter than when before she used the product.

I did that, but none of the claims were proven. Well, my skin was really soft and I liked the mild scent, but it did not give me instant whitening. I read the instructions after my first and it said there to use liberally and massage until absorbed by the skin but still no effect. I did notice some whitening after like two weeks of using the product twice a day. And this is to think that I am not really dark, but not exactly white either. My dark spots did not even out as well.

But as a lotion, it is good, just not as "intelligent" as it claims to be.
