I bouhgt my son this game system after extensive pleading wore me down. I was concerned it'd get broken almost imediately. To look at, this thing just looks flimsy with its glossy cover and build. Turns out its super durable. My son plays this thing...constantly. It works just fine.

He says the battery life is okay. He can play it as it charges so he doesnt mind when the battery runs down.

One issue are the little stylus pens that come with it. The fall out easily and get lost. You can buy replacements online and I'd buy a package of 4 or 5 since the games really require the stylus.

The double screens are neat. The lower screen can be used with the stylus and the upper one shows gameplay. The screens (especially the lower one) get scratched so consider a screen protector.

The resolution is good, the sound is tinny but you can plug in headphones to improve that.

There are tons of games for this thing. My son is into Pokemon (check out the photo) and he can play his old gameboy games and the new DS games with an additional gameboy cartridge slot in the front.

I wouldnt recommend the white color. It shows dirt in the seams of the casing, the black one holds up better looks wise.

All in all, a good system for a decent price.
