I have been using this product for the last few months. In fact, I am almost done with it. I like to use the more "serious" antiperspirants, like the prescription-strength products.
I like that this is a solid. I really abhor those wet, gooey deodorants, i.e., the types that ooze through holes at the top of their containers. Besides rubbing a messy wet goop on your underarms, the worst part is that you have to allow it to dry. What an unnecessary hassle. This solid applies really smoothly and easily. No drying time required!
The active ingredient in Secret, aluminum zirconium trichlorohydrex gly 19%, is in the same concentration as prescription-strength products like Degree Clinical Protection (Another product I tried). I found Secret's antiperspirant to be the most effective I have tried, though it is not perfect. It definitely helped to keep me dry.
The following is a real bone of contention: deodorants that claim to be invisible, yet they clearly are not. All the deodorants I have tried, in my lifetime, have left white marks on my clothing, including Secret's Solid.
The scent of this is decent. It is like baby powder mixed with cologne. The fragrance lasts all day. I have never found myself to be malodorous while wearing this.
