I bought this workout dvd on recommendation from a co-worker and I am very glad I did. The Biggest Loser Cardio Workout DVD is great especially for myself as a beginner!
You get to choose your own workout plan as the dvd features three levels of cardio workouts.
Level 1- Bob is the instructer and you get a 20 minutes bootcamp that works all of your body!
Level 2- Jillian is the trainer with 10 minutes of supercardio drill workout.
Level 3- Kim is the trainer with 20 minutes of kick boxing cardio
What I like about this dvd is that the actual Biggest Loser is the actual contestants are the people you are working out with. Yes they use real people! I also like that you can choose which level you want and how many levels you want to do at that time.
