Marilyn Manson, the definitive shock rocker of the millennium has released many hits in his decade of reign as the shock rocker. Now a greatest hits collection has been released of some of his best music, along with a new song for everyone to check out. Is it a great collection? I think so.

The CD covers his whole career, minus the Spooky Kids days, from Family to Grotesque, all the great ones are here. 17 tracks for the price I paid is an amazing deal, especially for the great tunes that are on here. The Cd also contains his new cover of Depeche mode’s “Personal Jesus”. The track list on here is dead on amazing.

The Cd also includes a DVD of 20 of Mansons music videos. This is an amazing deal for the little amount you pay for the CD. Manson is the king of shock rock for a reason, just watch his videos and see how crazy and creepy he is.

The only complaint I really had about this Cd was that one of my favorite Manson songs is missing, but then again, I think any fan will always say “This song is missing…it’s my favorite”. And that is “I don’t like the drugs(but the drugs like me)” which was a really big hit to my knowledge, but it’s missing. It’s also missing “Coma White” another big hit that had a controversial video. Can’t be considered a greatest hits if it’s missing things.

But this is a great bargain for any Manson fan, and a good Cd to introduce friends to Manson’s music, nothing much is missing from this collection.
