The Xbox 360 is Microsoft's second console and the succesor to the original Xbox. The Xbox 360 has quite a good selection of games and an excellent online community. The Xbox 360 makes you feel like you are connected to a live, online, virtual community. The console does have a steep price, $350 as of this review for the premium and cheaper or more expensive depending on which model you get, but it is well worth it. The graphics are amazing on this new console, especially if you own an HDTV. It has a large selection of games, and it is constantly growing every week. The biggest complaint I have about this console is the size and the reliability of it. It is a pretty big console and weighs a decent amount, making it hard to bring it to other people's houses or on a trip. The power brick is also outside of the console which adds more weight and size to it. The other problem with reliability is that they break quite often, and there isn't much you can do about it. The good news about this is that Microsoft does usually fix them for free for upto a period of 3 years, but you still have to send your console away for 2-4 weeks, which can be a pain. I am on my second console in a year's time, but other people have better or worse luck then I do. Never the less, if you haven't made the jump into next-gen gaming, then this is the console that I would recommend. With a large selection of games, and an excellent online community, this console will keep you busy for a long time to come.
