When I used to do my scrapbooking I tried all kinds of adhesives, spray on, tape, bottled glue, glue dots, but I wasn't happy with any of them. They all seemed to make a mess or take too long for me to use. Then I heard about the Xyron brand of adhesive machines. I ended up purchasing the Xyron 900. This machine is very easy to use, you put whatever you want the adhesive on in one side of the machine, turn the crank and it comes out the other side with adhesive on the back. Then you peel it off the paper and put it where you want on your scrapbook page. When the adhesive cartridge is empty, you lift it out and put another one in. It's very easy to do. You can also buy cartridges for laminating and to make magnets with. It's very versatile and the machine does come with an idea book of other things you can do with the machine. To me this was well worth the money, when I got rid of the agravation of the other types of adhesives I had been using.
