I purchased this yoga workout dvd when trying to get pregnant with my first child. I was having some infertility issues and I knew stress could play a big role in that. I was also looking to keep off the 25 pounds I had just lost! This workout is challanging and a great way to relieve some stress. The presenter, Brenda Strong has a calming voice and is very good at explaining the different yoga positions and what they mean. Like most workout videos this one moves pretty fast and you have to really work at keeping up. My sister is a yoga teacher and even she had a hard time keeping up, so it's not a wimpy workout. I felt great after I did these workouts and I was pregnant a few months later. I don't know if this video had anything to do with me getting pregnant, but I know it kept me calm at a very hard time in my life.
