At first glance, the game "Zack & Wiki Quest for Barbaros' Treasure" for the Nintendo Wii appears kid-like. Don't let the graphics fool you!
In attempts to consistently find games that are both challenging for us and appropriate for our children (ages 7, 5, 3 and 1) we found ourselves quite satisfied with this one. Zack and Wiki is an extremely challenging puzzle game that has some of the most innovative concepts. The controls are smooth and the graphics are easy on the eye. This game is for someone looking for a challenge and can often leave you frustrated and confused, but you will find yourself continuously thinking about the puzzles even after the game has been turned off. After completing a puzzle you are left with a wonderful feeling of accomplishment!
Zack and Wiki has also proven to be a great game to play with a group of people. The fun of the game is figuring out what to do next and its just as fun to help someone as it is to have the actual controller in hand. There are many times in this game when a different perspective or idea will come extremely handy.
We have gotten many hours of game play from this game and celebrate together when we solve puzzles to find treasures! Our entire family gives this video game "Zack and Wiki" FIVE STARS!
